I’m Giovanni Shafik, a New Jersey real-estate agent with a background in finance. I help buyers and sellers understand their options, evaluate important decisions and move forward with confidence.

Before real estate, my work was rooted in finance—which shapes how I approach every transaction today. When I talk with clients about affordability, pricing or negotiation, I’m not just repeating market talking points. I’m walking through the numbers with them, the same way I would for myself.

My approach is built around patience, responsiveness and making sure clients never feel left in the dark. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make, and I think it should come with clear answers, not sales pressure.
